Utsavv Celebrations — Service & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Utsavv Celebrations to be a part of your special moments.

 

Our vision has always been to make celebrations stress-free, joyful, and memorable. This policy outlines our payment terms, service commitments, and refund guidelines to ensure full transparency and trust.

Booking & Payment Terms
 

We make it easy and transparent.
 

  • Booking: Booking is considered confirmed once 50% of the total payment is made.
     

  • Final payment (remaining 50%) must be cleared at least one day before the event.
     

  • You will receive an invoice for each payment made.
     

  • During confirmation, the final budget and scope of work will be clearly shared and agreed upon via WhatsApp/email.


Service Commitment Guarantee


We take our commitments seriously.
 

  • If any service mentioned in the final scope (pinned WhatsApp message) is not delivered or delayed by more than 20 minutes, we’ll issue a full refund for that specific service—no questions asked.
     

  • Our team will always first try to resolve the concern on the spot to ensure your celebration goes smoothly. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of the completion of the event.
     

  • This does not apply to delays caused by reasons beyond our control — like rain, venue restrictions, or last-minute access issues. Even then, we do everything possible to support and adjust.
     

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the last 5 months alone (till April 30, 2025), we’ve successfully managed 190+ celebrations, and in 13 rare instances of dissatisfaction due to service delays or deviations, we’ve proactively processed refunds of over ₹25,000 (within 24 hours) and improved our systems to prevent recurrence.


Cancellation & Refund Policy
 

Changed your mind? We understand.
 

  • Full refund of the booking amount if the project (entirely or partially) is cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
     

  • 25% cancellation charge if cancelled more than 24 hours after the booking but up to 7 days before the event.
     

  • No refund can be provided for cancellations (complete or part of the service) made within 7 days of the event, as our team would have already committed time, designs, and inventory.
     

  • All our services are booked for a 3-hour window as per your event timeline. In case of delays beyond our control, we’re happy to extend by 15–30 minutes, depending on the team’s schedule.
     

Changes & Modifications
 

  • You can freely add, remove, or change any service while you're in the design discussion stage (before the sales order is created).
     

  • Once the final order is locked, and we're within 15 days of the event, no changes or cancellations can be made as every item is made to order.
